  • Hunting is a sport and Whitetail Heaven Outfitters offers no guarantee of harvest, game sightings, or shot opportunities

  • Absolutely no refunds; all deposits and payments are non-refundable, no exceptions

  • A rebooking fee of up to 20% may be assessed on rescheduled hunts

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations, early departures, or terminated stays

  • Whitetail Heaven Outfitters reserves the right to terminate a client’s stay for misconduct, safety concerns, illegal activity, or behavior that compromises the experience or safety of others

  • A hunting agreement and waiver must be on file prior to the first day of the hunt

  • Hunters are responsible for licenses, tags, and following all state regulations

  • Hunters must follow all guide instructions and property rules

  • Successful harvest will result in harvest fee
