3-Day South-Central Nebraska Turkey Hunt (Self-Guided)

Heartland Pride Outfitters offers exciting South Central Nebraska Turkey Hunts on approximately 5,000 acres of private land in an area known for producing hybrid turkeys with a unique mix of Rio Grande and Merriam’s genetics. These hunts provide hunters with the opportunity to experience classic Midwestern turkey hunting across agricultural ground, creek bottoms, shelterbelts, and rolling pasture country.

This is a 3-day / 4-night unguided hunt, ideal for hunters who prefer a more independent experience while still gaining access to quality private land with strong turkey populations. Hunters may choose between one-turkey or two-turkey hunt options depending on their preference and applicable Nebraska regulations.

Please note that Nebraska nonresident turkey licenses are sold on a first-come, first-served basis rather than through a draw system. License sales typically open in early January each year and highly sought-after permits can sell out very quickly, often within the first hour of release. Hunters are encouraged to plan ahead and purchase licenses as soon as they become available.
