Kansas is a draw state for turkey tags, and hunters are responsible for applying for and successfully drawing their tag through the state application process prior to the hunt
All hunts are fair-chase and free-range
Hunting is a sport and Whitetail Heaven Outfitters offers no guarantee of harvest, game sightings, or shot opportunities
Absolutely no refunds; all deposits and payments are non-refundable, no exceptions
A rebooking fee of up to 20% may be assessed on rescheduled hunts
No refunds will be given for cancellations, early departures, or terminated stays
Whitetail Heaven Outfitters reserves the right to terminate a client’s stay for misconduct, safety concerns, illegal activity, or behavior that compromises the experience or safety of others
A hunting agreement and waiver must be on file prior to the first day of the hunt
Hunters are responsible for licenses, tags, and following all state regulations
Hunters must follow all guide instructions and property rules
Successful harvest will result in harvest fee
