Trip Overview

Experience some of the finest Rio Grande turkey hunting Kansas has to offer with Kansas Trophy Experience. These fully guided 2-day hunts take place across more than 12,000 acres of carefully managed private land in central Kansas, where diverse habitat, experienced guides, and low hunting pressure consistently produce outstanding action.

Hunters can expect a combination of traditional calling setups, spot-and-stalk opportunities, and proven turkey habitat that provides exciting encounters throughout the spring season. With a 100% hunter success rate last season, Kansas Trophy Experience has built a reputation for delivering an exceptional turkey hunting experience.

Owners Billy Eldridge and Trevor Olsen bring over 30 years of combined guiding experience and manage every hunt with a focus on quality rather than volume. By limiting hunting pressure, scouting extensively, and hunting well-managed private properties, they create an experience that keeps more than 70% of their hunters returning year after year.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Hunt length is 2 days.

  • Kansas allows the harvest of one bearded turkey per permit.

  • Nonresident hunters must obtain a spring turkey permit through the Kansas lottery draw.

  • The nonresident application period typically runs from mid-January through mid-February, with permits issued through the draw process.

  • Kansas Trophy Experience is happy to assist hunters with the application process.

  • Hunters must possess all required Kansas licenses and permits.

  • Guide gratuities, taxidermy, and meat processing are not included.
