Hickory Hill Hunts is proud to offer our Veterans Special Archery Whitetail Hunt, an exclusive hunting opportunity reserved for military veterans. This 5-day hunt runs October 17th through October 21st, placing hunters in the heart of the pre-rut when mature bucks are becoming increasingly active, expanding their range, and beginning to establish dominance before peak breeding activity.
Hunting takes place on more than 5,000 acres of carefully managed private land in Northeast Missouri. With strategically placed stands, established food plots, timber travel corridors, and years of quality deer management, hunters have an excellent opportunity to pursue mature Midwest whitetails.
Both vertical bows and crossbows are permitted during this hunt.
This special hunt is offered to military veterans and patriotic Americans as a way to recognize those who have served and those who proudly support our nation's military, heritage, and outdoor traditions.

This hunt is reserved exclusively for military veterans.
All hunts are 5-day packages.
Crossbows are permitted.
A minimum harvest standard of 130" applies to all bucks.
Bucks harvested under 130" are subject to a $500 management fee, which doubles on the final day of the hunt.
No trophy fees apply beyond the management standard.
Hunters must obtain all required Missouri hunting licenses and deer permits.
No trespassing on neighboring properties.
Hunters must remain in assigned hunting locations unless approved by management.
Guides must be notified prior to tracking wounded game.
Safety harnesses are required when hunting from elevated stands.
Hunting success cannot be guaranteed.
