Trip Overview
Experience a true Midwest trophy hunt with Hickory Hill Hunts in Northeast Missouri. All of our hunts are 5 days of semi-guided whitetail hunting across more than 5,000 acres of private, strictly managed land. With diverse terrain, planted food plots, and strategically placed stands, hunters have an excellent chance at harvesting the buck of a lifetime.
We enforce a 130" minimum to protect the quality of our herd. Any buck under 130" will incur a $500 fine (doubled on the final day of the hunt). There are no trophy fees beyond this management standard.
Hunt Details
Bow Hunts: Saturday–Wednesday (arrive Friday, depart Thursday)
All-Inclusive Package: Meals, lodging, guides, stands, and plenty of fun
Military Discount: 10% off for active duty personnel
Deposit: $500 required to book
Tags: Not included; 1 buck, 1 doe, and turkey tags available separately (resident & non-resident, OTC or online)
Package Includes: Continental breakfast, sack lunch, home-cooked dinner, lodging, guides, and stand access
At Hickory Hill Hunts, you focus on making the shot — we’ll take care of the rest.
5-day Semi-guided whitetail deer hunt on 5,000+ acres of private property
Access to strategically placed ladder stands, hang-ons, ground blinds, and shooting houses
Lodging in cabins with meals provided (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
Guide support for stand placement, game recovery, and field dressing
Transportation assistance for larger groups or multi-property hunts
No trophy fees (management fines only for under-minimum bucks)
10% discount for active military personnel
All hunts are 5-day packages — no daily or prorated hunts.
Trophy standard: 130" minimum; $500 fine for under 130" (doubled last day).
Hunters must follow Missouri laws and secure all required tags/licenses.
No trespassing on neighboring land. Remain in assigned stands; no still hunting or scouting. Call guides before tracking wounded game.
Safety belts required in tree stands; hunter safety card required if born after 1/1/67 (firearms).
Limited hunters per week to reduce pressure.
$500 non-refundable deposit required; balance due before hunt. Deposits may transfer to another hunter. Cancellations without 60-day notice are charged in full.
Hickory Hill not responsible for accidents, injuries, or theft.
