Each field is pre-scouted and fully set before arrival, and guides remain in the field all day to make adjustments for wind, weather, and bird behavior.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your hunt. All deposits are non-refundable.
Full Group of 8 Required to book
When booking, you must specify the number of hunters in your group. You are financially responsible for all spots reserved, even if a hunter is a no-show.
Example: If you book 8 hunters but only 5 arrive, you are still responsible for payment for all 8 spots.
Any changes in group size or hunt duration must be communicated within 2 weeks of the official booking date.
You are responsible for the full number of hunt days booked, even if you choose to leave early or hunt fewer days.
Example: If you book a 4-day hunt but only hunt 2 days, no refund or credit will be issued.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations. This policy reflects the high cost of leases, scouting, equipment, decoys, and guide labor.
Group leaders are strongly encouraged to collect all payments from hunters prior to arrival, as the remaining balance is due at the start of your hunt.
Thompson Outfitters may cancel a hunt due to dangerous conditions, extreme weather, or other acts of God.
If the outfitter cancels for these reasons, your deposit will be transferred to a later date during the same season at the next mutually available time.
