Thompson Outfitters offers fully guided fall duck and goose hunts in Northwest Missouri near Mound City and Loess Bluffs National Wildlife Refuge. This area is a major stopover for migrating waterfowl, giving hunters the opportunity to experience exciting duck and goose hunting throughout the fall migration.
Hunts are conducted from heated pits, A-frames, and layout blinds depending on bird movement, weather, and field conditions. The team actively chases feeds and also maintains several migrator setups over water to help put hunters in the best position possible each day.
