Trip Overview

Experience fast-paced spring action targeting snow and blue geese during the conservation season. These hunts are designed for high-volume shooting over large, well-managed spreads with mobile setups that adapt to bird movement and conditions. Whether you’re a first-time conservation hunter or a seasoned waterfowler, expect aggressive decoying, constant adjustments, and a true run-and-gun spring experience.

Hosted by Trophy Wildlife Outfitters in Mound City, these hunts are led by owner Andy Christman, whose focus is on ethical hunting, safety, and creating memorable days in the field.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Conservation Season: No daily bag limit; all hunts follow current state and federal regulations.

  • Licensing: Hunters are responsible for possessing valid licenses, stamps, and permits required by law (can be purchased from outfitter)

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve dates.

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated at the outfitter’s discretion.

  • Weather & Bird Movement: Conservation hunts are highly weather and migration-dependent.

  • Safety: All hunters must follow guide instructions and firearm safety rules at all times.

  • Alcohol & Substances: Zero tolerance before or during hunts.

  • Liability: Hunters may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to hunting.
