Devin Chavez Hunting offers a high-opportunity 5-Day Guided Hunt in New Mexico, delivering a focused and efficient experience during a prime early-season window running January 1 through January 15. This hunt is designed to maximize opportunity in a short, defined timeframe when animal movement is strong and conditions allow for consistent encounters.

With a 95% success rate, this hunt is built around proven systems, strong local knowledge, and Devin’s ability to position hunters effectively based on terrain, conditions, and animal behavior. Whether covering ground by vehicle or on foot, each day is structured with purpose to put hunters in the best position possible for a successful harvest.

Hunts are conducted as a 2 hunters to 1 guide (2x1) ratio, providing a balance of personalized attention and efficient coverage of terrain. This is a 5-day hunt that can be scheduled for any five consecutive days within the January 1–15 window, giving hunters flexibility while still capitalizing on this productive timeframe.

Hunts are in extremely high demand each season and availability is limited. Hunters interested are encouraged to contact the outfitter directly for current availability and information regarding available landowner tags.

  • All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon

  • No refunds for early departure or unused hunt days

  • Devin Chavez Hunting reserves the right to adjust hunt locations based on conditions and animal movement

  • Liability waivers may be required prior to the hunt

  • Hunt availability and tags are limited and dates fill quickly. Please contact the outfitter directly for current availability and landowner tag options.

  • Landowner tag availability varies by hunt and season and cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by the outfitter.
