Trip Overview

Heartland Pride Outfitters offers exciting Northwest Kansas Rio Grande Turkey Hunts across more than 25,000 acres of private land in prime Kansas turkey country. These 3-day hunts provide hunters access to productive properties featuring crop fields, creek bottoms, shelterbelts, and open prairie terrain known for holding strong populations of Rio Grande gobblers.

Hunters can choose between both guided and unguided hunt options, depending on their preferred hunting style and experience level. Guided hunts allow hunters to benefit from local knowledge, scouting, and experienced turkey setups, while unguided hunts provide access to carefully managed private properties for hunters looking for a more independent experience.

Heartland Pride Outfitters focuses on providing quality hunting access and a straightforward hunting experience in one of Kansas’ premier turkey hunting regions.

Please note that Kansas nonresident turkey permits are now subject to a lottery draw system. Hunters should plan accordingly and apply prior to the annual application deadline, which typically falls around mid-February each year. Heartland Pride Outfitters is happy to assist hunters with general information regarding the application process.
