Trip Overview
Whitetail Heaven Outfitters offers a premier Kansas muzzleloader whitetail hunt during an exciting early-season window running September 15–28, a time when bucks are still on summer patterns and there’s a real chance of encountering velvet deer. With over 20 years of experience and operations across multiple top-tier whitetail states, Whitetail Heaven has built a reputation for fair-chase, free-range hunting on intensely managed ground in some of the best trophy regions in the country.
In Kansas, hunters have access to multiple incredible locations. The first is near St. Paul, where Whitetail Heaven hunts Units 11 and 12. The second is near Medicine Lodge in Barber County, widely known as the #1 Boone & Crockett–producing county in Kansas, with over 12,000 acres of managed hunting land in that area alone. In addition, Whitetail Heaven operates in Southeast Kansas across Allen, Labette, Crawford, and Neosho counties, featuring dozens of miles of Neosho River frontage and some of the most coveted trophy buck country in the state.
This early-season muzzleloader hunt is designed around patternable deer movement, food sources, and travel corridors, giving hunters a strategic advantage before pressure increases. Whitetail Heaven offers 2-day, 4-day, and 7-day packages, allowing you to choose the length of stay that best fits your schedule and goals. With expansive, fair-chase ground, experienced guides, and proven trophy areas, this is a true Kansas whitetail experience built for hunters who want opportunity, quality, and authenticity. Kansas muzzleloader hunts are subject to the state’s deer tag draw process, and hunters must apply for and successfully draw a deer permit before their hunt.
