Premier Lodging & Experience Our brand-new 8,400 sq. ft. lodge provides hunters with a premier stay, complete with an impressive trophy room. No bunk beds here—just comfort, hospitality, and meals included with every hunt. Hunting Standards We are committed to quality deer management and enforce minimums to ensure a thriving herd: Missouri: 130” minimum (some farms 135”) Iowa: 140” minimum, with select ranches at 150” (140” on 8-pointers) A grading scale is applied for bucks below minimums, ensuring fairness and supporting long-term herd health. Equipment & Access We partner with Millennium Treestands for hang-ons, ladders, and enclosed 360 blinds—all equipped with mesh seating, lifelines, bow hooks, and ropes. Each property is heavily scouted with trail cameras to track movements, food sources, and buck activity, ensuring you’re hunting the right stand at the right time. Guides & Services Our guides know every property inside and out, managing stands, scouting, and updating hunters on mature buck movements. Guides will commute you to and from stands and provide full support after your harvest, including tracking, skinning, deboning, and referrals to taxidermy. Fair Chase, High Success Unlike high-pressure operations, we keep hunter numbers low and manage our properties strictly for mature deer. Both rifle and bow hunting are offered, with turkey add-on options during archery season. In Missouri, tags are over-the-counter, while Iowa requires a Zone 5 draw.
