3-Day Kentucky Turkey Hunt
Dates: Apr 18 - May 10
Location: Princeton, KY
Game: Turkey

Trip Overview
Join Tad Ladd in western Kentucky for a true fair-chase spring turkey hunt on carefully developed and well-managed private ground. Tad was born and raised in this region and has spent decades studying, hunting, and improving this land with one goal in mind: create the best possible opportunity for hunters while respecting the resource. His commitment to habitat development, pressure management, and long-term land stewardship shows in how the birds use the property and how consistently hunters hear and work gobbling turkeys.
These hunts are semi-guided, meaning Tad and his team will put you in the right area, walk you through a detailed map and plan, and brief you thoroughly on how to hunt your assigned spot. From there, you’ll do the calling and hunting on your own in your designated area. This setup gives you both local knowledge and freedom to hunt your own style, while keeping pressure controlled and the experience authentic. Expect classic Kentucky turkey country, well-prepared ground, and a hunt focused on opportunity, ethics, and doing it the right way.
These hunts follow a simple schedule with arrival on Friday, hunting Saturday through Monday, and departure on Tuesday. Two 2026 dates are available: April 17–21 and April 24–28, giving you three full days of spring turkey hunting in prime Kentucky conditions.
