Trip Overview
HIGH DEMAND HUNT: Fully Booked for 2026 season. Reach out to lock in your spot for 2027 season.
Tad Lad West Kentucky Whitetails offers true fair chase whitetail hunting in the heart of western Kentucky, with a strong focus on pursuing mature bucks through disciplined herd and habitat management. Our farms are strategically designed and maintained year-round to produce high-quality free-range deer while protecting the long-term health of the herd.
This hunt is a 2-day Kentucky muzzleloader hunt taking place October 17–18, during an exciting early-season window when mature bucks are still following predictable feeding patterns and daylight movement is common. Hunters will pursue deer from carefully selected stand locations across our managed farms while targeting mature bucks that meet our harvest standards.
We believe the experience matters just as much as the outcome. Our goal is to provide a professional, well-run hunt where guests enjoy the challenge of pursuing mature whitetails in a true fair-chase environment while building lasting relationships with fellow hunters who share the same respect for the resource.
If your goal is simply filling a tag, we may not be the outfitter for you. If your goal is pursuing mature Kentucky bucks the right way, Tad Lad West Kentucky Whitetails delivers an experience that reflects that commitment.
Arrival is the evening before the hunt begins, hunting takes place October 17–18, and guests depart the morning following the final hunt day.
Your hunt package includes guided fair chase whitetail hunting on well-managed farms across western Kentucky, land that has been carefully developed through years of habitat improvement and disciplined deer management to produce mature bucks. Hunters will hunt from pre-scouted stand locations placed along natural travel corridors, feeding areas, and bedding transitions, giving guests the opportunity to pursue quality free-range Kentucky whitetails in a true fair-chase environment.
Your stay also includes comfortable lodging at our newly built hunting campus, featuring a spacious main lodge and private guest cabins designed for relaxation and convenience. The package includes lodging during your stay, meals provided while in camp, transportation to and from hunting locations, pre-scouted stands, and access to our deer processing facilities including walk-in cooler storage. Our guides can assist with game recovery and preparation to ensure your harvest is properly handled for transport home.
