The post-rut archery hunt provides a unique opportunity to target mature bucks as they continue searching for the final receptive does while beginning to transition back toward food sources.
During this period, deer movement often centers around food plots and travel routes between bedding cover and agricultural fields. Golden Triangle Whitetails maintains over 300 acres of food plots across their properties to help concentrate deer movement and provide consistent opportunities for hunters.
With access to 14,000 acres of managed hunting ground, experienced guides place hunters in strategic locations where mature bucks are likely to travel during this late-rut phase.
Over the past 11 years alone, Golden Triangle Whitetails hunters have harvested hundreds of bucks scoring over 150 inches, including 91 Boone & Crockett whitetails. • If a deer is hit and blood is drawn but the deer is not recovered, the hunt is considered complete.
• Non-hunting guests may be allowed with an additional daily fee.
• Hunters must follow all guide instructions and safety protocols while on the property.
