  • A 25% deposit is required to reserve hunt dates

  • Travel to camp, airfare, meat processing, taxidermy, personal items, and gratuities are not included

  • Alcohol and soda are not included in meals

  • Private suite lodging available upon request and subject to availability

  • Hunt schedules and strategies may be adjusted due to weather, bird movement, or safety considerations

  • All hunts are conducted on private land under fair-chase principles

  • Substitutions or date changes must be approved in advance
