At The Rack, we offer a 100% fair-chase, free-range Midwest hunting experience that stands apart from the rest, featuring both trophy whitetail deer and spring turkey hunts. With strict land and herd management in place since 2018, hunters have access to six prime properties in Adair County, Missouri, all within 18 miles of our custom-built lodge. We keep pressure low with a maximum of five hunters at any given time for deer hunts and a strict four-hunter-per-day maximum total across all properties for turkey season. The terrain is classic Missouri hunting country—steep timber ridges, giant oaks, secluded food plots, mineral-rich soybean fields, rolling pastures, and creek bottoms—creating the perfect setting for both trophy bucks and hard-gobbling longbeards. During peak spring season, it’s common to hear 100+ gobbles in a day thanks to smart property rotation and low-pressure management. After long days in the field, hunters relax in a 7-bedroom, 5-bath, 6,000+ sq. ft. timber-frame lodge built for comfort and recovery. Each stay includes access to a chef-grade, fully stocked kitchen with food, drinks, and snacks available 24/7, and hearty meals are often prepared to keep everyone fueled for the next hunt.
